No Prior Experience Necessary

Join our team of dedicated, motivated, and innovative tutors! Our semester-long virtual tutoring positions run for a semester, and tutors can work up to 10 hours per week at a starting pay of $18 per hour. Apply now to become a part of our team!

What You'll Do

You can earn certification and training from the PLUS team to help you build your teaching skills. You'll work with middle school students at PLUS' partner schools and out-of-school-time organizations. You will assist 1-4 students at a time during class time. Most tutoring positions are virtual, with some opportunities for in-person tutoring.

What You'll Bring

Eagerness to learn and work with kids

Excited to support, engage, and learn alongside children in learning environments.

Basic math skills (up to pre-algebra)

Comfortable with numbers, fractions, equations, and basic problem-solving skills.

English speaking/ reading/writing skill

Able to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
